This was not helpful at all, I still cannot view my DVD, I had a tech yesterday that spent over ii hours installing something that didn't work either. If I knew switching to Windows10 would exist then hard in using my DVD'due south, I would accept never upgraded. I am totally unsatisfied with the service I have received and notwithstanding the problem is non resolved!
